Ferronordic Machines board member Martin Leach has passed away
It is with great sorrow that we announce that our friend and board member Martin Leach has passed away after a period of illness. Martin has been a member and vice chairman of Ferronordic Machines board since the foundation of the company in 2010. During the last years, Martin has also been the chairman of the board’s audit committee.
After the passing of Martin Leach, the board of Ferronordic Machines will consist of six members. The board will choose a new chairman for its audit committee as soon as possible.
