Ferronordic Machines extraordinary general meeting on 4 April 2016
An extraordinary general meeting of Ferronordic Machines AB (publ) was held on 4 April 2016 at Hovslagargatan 5B, Stockholm.
In accordance with the proposal of the board, the meeting resolved to pay dividends on the company’s preference shares in an amount of SEK 50 per preference share, corresponding to a total dividend payment of SEK 25,000,000. The record date for the dividend payment shall be 25 April 2016. The dividend will be paid through Euroclear Sweden AB on 28 April 2016. No dividends shall be paid with regard to ordinary shares.
