Trading in Ferronordic shares resumes on 9 November
Nasdaq Stockholm has announced that it will resume normal trading in Ferronordic shares on the morning of 9 November. Trading in Ferronordic’s shares was halted on Friday, 4 November. As regards the reasons for the suspension of trading, Nasdaq refers to technical problems with a third party. Ferronordic has no further information.
Trading suspension of the Ferronordic share
Nasdaq Stockholm has suspended trading of the Ferronordic share. According to Nasdaq, the suspension has been made for technical reasons. Ferronordic currently does not have further information. Further information will be released once the situation clarifies.

Ferronordic and Sandvik enter into distributor agreements for Germany and Kazakhstan and terminate agreements for Russia
Ferronordic has entered into agreements to become distributor for Sandvik mobile crushers and screens in Germany and Kazakhstan. Simultaneously, Ferronordic and Sandvik have terminated their agreements for Russia.
Ferronordic and Volvo CE agree to terminate dealer agreement for Russia
Ferronordic and Volvo CE have agreed to terminate the dealer agreement for Russia. As part of the agreement, Volvo CE will pay SEK 321m to Ferronordic as compensation for incurred and potential costs and losses related to the termination.

Ferronordic has entered into a lease agreement for a new site for used trucks in Coswig, Sachsen-Anhalt, Germany.

Ferronordic opens new workshop in Bad Hersfeld
Ferronordic has begun operations at a new workshop in Bad Hersfeld, Germany, filling an important gap in its growing network. Ferronordic will invest approximately SEK 3m in 2022 to upgrade the facility.

Impact of restrictive measures on Ferronordic’s operations in Russia and updated dividend recommendation
The EU, the US and other countries have implemented additional sanctions against Russia, including further export restrictions, the expulsion of selected banks from SWIFT and measures to prevent the Russian Central Bank from using its international reserves. In connection with this, some of our suppliers, most significantly the Volvo Group, have communicated that they temporarily stop the sales of machines, components and spare parts to Russia. Against this backdrop and the uncertain outlook, the Board has changed its dividend recommendation and instead propose that the AGM 2022 decide not to pay a dividend.

Strong growth in sales and profit
Ferronordic orders first battery electric trucks and makes electromobility-related investments into workshop network
Ferronordic has made its first orders for electric trucks in Germany, including 32 fully electric medium duty vehicles from Volvo and Renault Trucks. The trucks will be delivered during Q1 2022. Ferronordic will also make investments to equip its workshop network in Germany to handle electric trucks, including training and installation of charging infrastructure and other equipment.
Ferronordic expands network in Germany by acquiring workshop in Bingen
Ferronordic has acquired Truck Center Krämer GmbH, an authorised Volvo and Renault Trucks workshop in Bingen, Rhineland Pfalz. The acquisition is in line with Ferronordic’s strategy to grow and expand its service network in Germany. The investment amounts to approx. SEK 66m (*EUR 6.4m).
