Tom Jörning resigns as board member
The board member Tom Jörning has at his own request chosen to resign from Ferronordic Machines’ board of directors due to new obligations within Volvo Group. According to the articles of association the board of Ferronordic Machines shall consist of 3-10 directors. After the resignation of Tom Jörning the board will consist of seven directors. Election of a potential additional board member will be made at the next general meeting of shareholders (latest at the annual general meeting 2015).
